En la feria

Dibujitos como el que les muestro me tienen alejada de la red actualmente. Son para un proyecto muy lindo, de Estación Mandioca, en el que estoy trabajando junto a ilustradoras talentosas y simpatiquísimas como Bela.

Quería irles mostrando un poquito, para que sepan por dónde ando, porque no me perdí! Sé que estoy en deuda con July, por ejemplo. No me olvido! Ya me haré de un ratito, prometido.

I've been very busy lately, working on a very nice school book project for Estación Mandioca. This drawing is one of them. I'm working together with other talented and nice illustrators, like Bela.

I thought of showing you a little bit of this project, so you know that I'm still here, I'm not lost! I remember I´m indebted to July, for example. I will not forget! I´ll find some time shortly, I promise!

Espectadores cambia!

Hace unos días, recibí un pedido de una gran amiga bloggera, a quien sigo fielmente desde que Pati nos presentó.
Espectadores está cambiando, me dijo y necesita un otro hábito.

Por eso, nos confió a mí y a Damián Hadyi, la tarea de rediseñar el header. Cada uno de nosotros realizaría una imagen que representara el espíritu del blog. Luego se invitaría a una"consulta popular", la cual definiría cuál de ellos sería la carta de presentación del blog durante medio año.

Sus lectores han elegido al mío para comenzar el 2009, Damián lo culminará, con su mirada atenta, curiosa, lista para encarar nuevos proyectos.

Quiero agradecer la oportunidad de ser parte activa de Espectadores. Espero ansiosa ver crecer al nuevo formato y le deseo éxito al equipo responsable del mismo.

A couple of days ago, a very good friend of mine and fellow blogger, someone I follow since Pati presented us, got in touch with me. Her blog Espectadores is changing, she said, and needs a new look.

That's why she entrusted me and Damián Hadyi, the job of redesigning the header. We both should make an image that represents the spirit of the blog. Afterwards, the users would be invited to vote and define which one should be at the top of the site for the next six months.

Her readers have chosen mine to begin 2009, Damián will finish it with curious, observant eyes, ready for the new projects to come.

I want to thank Spectatrice for the possibility of being an active part of Espectadores. I'm exited to see the new format and wish the responsable team good luck.

En nuestro último ACTION-POST del año queremos regalarte algunas ideas para estas fiestas.


¿Has pensado en regalar algo no material? Los regalos desde el corazón son mucho más simples y emocionantes. Que tal un "Vale por un mes de lavar los platos" ó "Vale por 5 masajes"

Pero si te sientes aún mas creativo puedes armar tus propios regalos y sin son con materiales reciclables mucho mejor!!

Si de todas formas te resulta mas simple comprar algo, te sugerimos hacerlo en lugares donde se practique el comercio justo o sean productos que ayuden a la sostenibilidad o con algún fin benéfico.

Esperamos haberte llevado un poquito de nuestra inspiración este año y queremos agradecerte cada idea y comentario a nuestros POST.

In our last ACTION-POST of the year we want to give you some ideas to help you with your Xmas' presents.

Have you thought about giving non-material presents? Presents from the heart are much more simple and moving. What about a voucher for "a month of washing dishes" or for "5 massages"

If you feel even more creative you can make your own presents, they can be made with recycled materials.

Anyway maybe it's easier for you to buy something, we suggest you to do it in places were fair trade is practiced or may be products that help sustainability or with a charitable purpose

We hope we have brought some of our inspiration this year and we want to thank you every idea or comment about our POSTS.
